Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped, along with tracking details so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Time
We offer 2–3 business day delivery on all local orders within the UAE.
Orders placed before 12 PM (GMT+4) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Partners
We work with trusted local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email or SMS.

Shipping Fees

• UAE Orders: Free delivery on orders over AED 150.

• A flat AED 15 delivery fee applies to orders below AED 150.

International Shipping
We currently offer international delivery to select regions. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Delays
While we strive to meet our 2–3 day delivery promise, please note that during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer. We’ll always keep you informed if any delay occurs.
