At WAWA, every pack of our playful bandages are made with love, care, and a spark of joy. Because our products are personal-care and hygiene items, they’re not eligible for return or refund.
All Sales Are Final
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any WAWA products once they’ve left our hands. This ensures that every box you receive is brand new, clean, and safe for use — just as it should be!
Damaged or Wrong Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (oops — that’s rare but can happen), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wawaaid.com.
Order Cancellations
We move fast — and so do our bandages! Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.
